How long does a tour take?
15 minutes, give or take. We never push past 30 unless you want to keep chatting.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. A laptop if you want to test the WiFi -- it screams. We hand out free day passes after every tour, so you can come back and put it through real work.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reply to your confirmation email or call (513) 828-6226. No fees, no eye-rolls -- life happens.
Is parking easy?
Free, on-site, plenty of spots. Pull up to the front entrance -- door labeled Suite A&B.
Are tours kid-friendly?
Yes. We'll keep it short, and there are crayons + coloring sheets at the front desk if you need a 20-minute distraction.
