DIY Coworking is primarily a shared coworking space. Members have non-exclusive access to all coworking areas, common spaces, and shared amenities. Private office day-use is also available depending on your membership level or as an add-on reservation.

No. Membership is not a lease and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. It's a flexible, month-to-month membership for access to the coworking space. No long-term commitments required.

Access hours are 7:30 AM -- 7:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Weekend access (Saturday & Sunday) is available to Full-Time members only. Part-Time members and Day Pass holders have access Monday through Friday.

Access is fully app-based -- no keys, no fobs, no hassle. Once your membership is active, you'll receive secure door access credentials through the app. Access codes and login credentials are personal and may not be shared with others.

Yes. Part-Time gets 1 guest pass/month, Full-Time gets 3 guest passes/month. Book a conference room for longer guest sessions.

Personal property should not be stored in common areas, meeting rooms, or shared spaces unless expressly approved in writing. Items left unattended in common areas may be removed or discarded. Contact the leasing office if you have specific storage needs.

The space is intended for general office and professional use. Retail or medical use, overnight stays, and any residential use are not permitted. Alcohol, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.

We offer three flexible options:

All memberships are month-to-month. A one-time $25 activation fee applies to new members.

At $150 / month, Full-Time includes:

• 7-day-a-week access (7:30 AM -- 7:30 PM)
• Up to 3 conference room reservations per month
• Up to 3 podcast room sessions per month
• Up to 2 private office day-use reservations per month
• All standard amenities (Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen, lounge)

At $75 / month, Part-Time includes:

• Monday -- Friday access (7:30 AM -- 7:30 PM)
• 1 conference room reservation per month
• 1 podcast room session per month
• All standard amenities (Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen, lounge)

A Day Pass ($25) gives you single-day access to the coworking space during posted hours -- Monday through Friday. No commitment, no membership required. It's a great way to try us out before joining.

Yes -- a la carte extras are available for all members:

Yes. There is a one-time $25 activation fee for all new members. This covers administrative setup, access credential provisioning, and onboarding. It is a one-time charge -- not recurring.

Yes. Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew unless cancelled according to the membership terms.

No. Unused conference room, podcast room, and private office credits do not roll over from month to month. We recommend scheduling your reserved sessions early each month to make the most of your membership.

Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month. Your membership auto-renews monthly unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

Yes. On-site parking is included with all memberships. The parking areas associated with the Reed Hartman Corporate Center building are accessible to members at no additional charge.

Yes. The Reed Hartman Corporate Center property includes access to an outdoor wellness trail -- ideal for walking breaks, light exercise, informal walking meetings, or a quick mental reset during your workday. Trail access is intended for building tenants, coworking members, and authorized guests. Contact the leasing office for specific trail details.

Yes. Members have access to a shared kitchen area that includes a Keurig coffee station on a marble countertop. The shared kitchen is included with all memberships.

The DIY Coworking podcast studio is a professional, soundproofed recording room located at the Blue Ash location, Building 10999. It's designed for podcasters, content creators, coaches, and professionals who need a quiet, equipped space to record high-quality audio content. The room is located on the entry-level floor -- no stairs required.

The studio is fully equipped with:

• Professional soundproofing
• 4 podcast microphones around a round recording table
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Mini fridge
• Customizable climate control
• Waiting area for guests

All other equipment (cameras, mixers, headphones, etc.) must be self-supplied unless arranged in advance. A partner production team may also be available for hire.

The podcast room comfortably seats 4 people around the podcast table. There is also a separate waiting area where additional guests can wait while you prepare to record.

The studio is ideal for:

• Podcast recording and interviews
• Business content and training videos
• Creator sessions and YouTube content
• Client conversations and coaching calls
• Professional audio and video content

The podcast room is available to both members and non-members. Members get discounted rates and monthly session credits included with their plan. Non-members can rent the room at standard rates.

Full-Time members also receive 3 free podcast room sessions per month included in their membership.

Yes. The room may be rented hourly, for a half day (4 hours or less), or for a full day (more than 4 hours). Choose the option that best fits your recording session.

Yes. A partner production team may be available for hire if you need help producing, recording, editing, or managing your podcast or video content. Contact the leasing office in advance to arrange production support.

For access codes, contact the leasing office Monday through Friday during business hours. Staff is not on-site on Saturday or Sunday, so weekend access must be arranged in advance. We recommend booking and confirming access details at least 24 hours ahead of your session.

Your tour can include a walkthrough of the coworking area, conference room, podcast studio, shared amenities, building access points, parking, and a review of membership options and pricing. If you're specifically interested in the podcast room, mention it when booking so it can be included in your visit.

No. Coworking memberships and podcast room rentals are available to both building tenants and non-tenants. You don't need to lease traditional office space to enjoy our coworking options.
